1. Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused or in original condition
  • All original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • please contact us within 72 hours of delivery .
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns if:

  • The product shows clear signs of use or damage not related to shipping

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover the cost.
  • If you change your mind, return shipping may be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
